London is a laid back young man who was born in a small town in northern Alithea, a mountainous, snowy region. He is the second of three children, so his parents had some idea of what they were getting into... That is, until their young, energetic son started developing something completely unheard of in the world they live in.
London had Elemental abilities.
Needless to say, after this was discovered, the family decided they needed to move and enforce stricter rules so that London wouldn't bring any more unwanted publicity on himself and the family.

Currently, the Northcott family lives in Spectrum City, and London has learned to contain his abilities. However, it seems that along with containing his abilities, he's also stifled his interest in much of anything else. He has his best friend, Valerie, who he enjoys hanging out with and supporting (and occasionally getting dragged into adventures with.) He also enjoys a few hobbies, but overall, while his older sister has a blossoming career, his younger brother is busy at school, and his parents work, London doesn't do a lot, or show any motivation to change that. He's content to simply go with the flow and let the future sort itself out.

One of the biggest things that actually does interest London are his abilities. There doesn't seem to be many uses for them in a world where they're unheard of, but to this day he still wonders if he will ever find out more about them... Do they have a purpose?
Perhaps he needs a little more ambition to break the ice.
