Opal is a kind, yet moody gem. They can go from a bubbly persona to a melancholic one in a matter of seconds. Their mood swings don't happen too often, yet Opal is quite insecure about them.

They want to be a helping hand for everyone and worry that their moods might scare gems away. Opal has very high standards for themselves, when they fail at something they get very upset over it and close themselves away. When something isn't perfect they stress over it to the point of breaking.

When Opal is content they're a joy to be around. They're very sweet, charismatic and understanding. Because of this most of other gems like them.
