Noah can't talk or say anything, he is mute. He knows sign language and can read and write. He is usually seen with his axe but sometimes forgets to carry it around. He murders people he gets paid to kill but also collects their blood to put into the blood pack that is attached to him. He needs to fill the blood pack every two days before it dries out. No one knows where he came from or what is even behind his mask, but no one dares to ask.
Personality
Noah is friendly to everyone except the ones he is assigned to kill. He can't speak but he signs pretty excitedly about a topic he is most interested in. Usually, he signs about a TV show he had watched recently or about a manga he read. He's just a really big nerd to be honest.
