- She grew up in a decent sized town, living on a farm with her parents and younger brother. She comes from a long line of Paladans of Lathander, and while she didn't want to follow that path, she inherited the family shield. Her brother, Jack, was involved in an accident that costed him his leg, so he was unable to follow his family's tradition. Because of this, Arryn decided to become and adventurer to help people, as well as send money back home to get her brother a prosthetic leg. She ended up succeeding as an adventurer and earning enough to not only get him a magic prosthetic and maintain it, but also keep her family farm afloat and expand it. 

- Before she was set on leaving home, an invading force of orcs came to her town, which she led a militia of people against and won. She is well known to her hometown and surrounding towns.
