• he is very strategic individual but nonetheless a charismatic leader who's never short of a flirty pick-up line
• Kaiser is one of those who originally used to work for the government but swayed against it after realizing the hecked up things that were going on behind the scenes
• he still isn't just a good samaritan, however, as he doesn't shy away from raiding survivor camps and taking what he needs if they happen to be a group he doesn't quite see eye-to-eye with
• "Project Kaiser" was a government funded scientific experiment in hopes of creating super soldiers to battle enemies
• His wings were basically attached to him just after he was born, he was even taken out of his egg and incubated externally for greater success
• There were others, but Kaiser is the only one who survived and whose wings are actually semi-functional
• However, he can only cross very short distances as the muscles aren't strong enough to carry him for too long
• His backstory is also one of the main reasons for his hatred towards the government
