The form Duke takes when his curse activates. This happens when he's stressed, threatened, or if it's activated by Dark Enchantress, but only when he doesn't have his sword, Bloodcaller. He'll mindlessly attack anyone and anything around him, possibly in an effort to spread his curse. There's a cuff on his ankle from Linus trying to capture him after a secret attempt to go without his sword for a while.
Once he's rid of the sword and bonds with the spirit of the beast the curse is manifested from, Duke can transform at will, can no longer spread the curse, and his non-scarred eye will remain normally colored.
