SUMMARY
Basil is an absolute ball of joy and seems to know everyone around town. He quickly befriends anyone he meets but is closest to Milo. Still, he’s more of a background character who spends more time playing video games than battling, but he’ll happily join your team if you need one more player. Despite living with three roommates, his social battery never seems to run out.
