Noir Owl

Before, Dylan Harolds was nothing short of a delinquent. Disillusioned from his family due to their favoritism to his super-powered sister, at the time of which he lacked any. He came from a family of superheroes, his father being the superhero known as Critical. In order to try and make a name for himself and be a self-made man, he joined the Secondhand Gang, participating in their illegal fighting ring by taking one of their super-powered drugs. And as his own way of mocking the parents he had grown to detest, he took on the name of Critical when fighting. Eventually, Dylan met Kyle Gantson, who unbeknownst to him was the vigilante Insignia. When Insignia busted the ring, Dylan got the upperhand of Insignia and was instructed to kill him. However, after unmasking him and discovering that it was his friend, he realized how much he had messed up in life- and the two of them managed to escape and shut the fighting ring down for good. Deep in self-loathing and regret, Dylan reconnected and buried the hatchet with his parents soon after, and decided to move to Danger City in order to become the superhero known as Noir Owl- named after a famous cryptid. He hopes that in doing so, he will be able to atone for what he believes to be his many sins.
