Madlib's Ownership

I heavily prefer my designs stay on Toyhouse! This is so I can keep track of ownership and following these TOS. (+ I also really like seeing the designs have a home! :D)

Don't want the character any more? You are free to inform me and/or give them back to me! Especially if you can't find anyone to take them! :D (I do not have the right to revoke designs once full ownership is given. I do, however, in extreme circumstances have the right to blacklist from any future business with me / my designs.)

If a design is received through a Gift or Trade, do NOT sell it UNLESS additional art of monetary value is commissioned.

If gotten through a Sale, it shall be sold for NO MORE than originally bought UNLESS additional art of monetary value is commissioned. Any art gotten through gifts or trades (including Art Fight) do not count towards any monetary value. (If the character permissions haven't been updated to say reselling is alright, let me know and I'll check + change them for you if the character meets this criteria!!)

My designs are to be used for personal and non-commercial use ONLY. Commercial use is prohibited (unless explicitly discussed with me and we come to an agreement).

I prefer any redesigns to stay recognizable / inspired by the original. No trading/selling/gifting/etc off the old design as a seperate character.

ANY CONTENT CREATED BY ME (ANIMATIONS, ART, DESIGNS, ETC) ARE NOT TO BE SOLD, MINTED / MINED FOR ANY SORT OF CRYPTO/CURRENCY, N/F/Ts, BLOCK/CHAIN, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR THAT SERVES THE SAME PURPOSE. THIS RESULTS IN AN IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST, BLOCK, AND INFORMING THE COMMUNITY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.
