Owen

Came to White Rock to pursue an internship with the local forest service. Lives on his own in the woods away from his family, who he thinks is too loud. Mostly self sufficent with the skills to provide for himself. He likes plants, crafting, and leaving flowers for strangers to find. All of his siblings have "w" names so he likes to go by Owen.
