-As you can see, he has five "petals" on either side, along with "two pairs" of butterfly/leafy sea dragon like wings on either side as well. They are all vaguely transparent, so you can actually, depending on perspective and angling, see the outline of Niel's wings through the petals!

Concept:

I would like him to look very kingly and regal, while doing something magical. He's a fae king who is very skilled in magic, with it more or less being his natural affinity. Just you know, a beautiful and cool piece of him being awesome, maybe in a palace room? Otherwise, since his kingdom is situated in a forested land that is on top of a GIANT tree branch, he could be out there too. He wields a staff, and I would love it if you could draw him holding one, I can pay you extra if needed to design said staff. Common themes associated with Niel are butterflies, trees, books (enjoys studying and researching magic), and associated colors are white, purple, and black

I also noticed you said you don't do wips...since he's kind of detailed and the comm might be complex(?), would it be alright for you to show me the piece when you're almost done/whatever part you're comfortable with so I can check just in case?
