Whatever he writes come to reality. However, his ability was cursed by The Great Creator (God) after her betrayed Team Light due to his own arrogance. As a result of the curse Writer cannot write one's death, nor write someone to be poisoned or burning to death. His powers and ink are severely limited as compared to what they were before he became evil. He was a very close friend of Lumera and she liked him a lot. There were rumors the two were a thing. However, that was not true. But Writer did have feelings for Lumera. Yet, Writer was a very aggressive and very destructive, as well as partially sadistic. That was something that put Lumera on edge. Writer eventually developed a plan in which he would be able to get success over the shadow dragons, but that plan would also cost a lot of life from Team Light. For Writer it was worth it; but not for Lumera. She dismissed his plan and told him that he was too careless when it came to the values of lives of others, she stated he was too brash, foolish, and sadistic. He became agitated and challenged her for leadership attempting to kill her. She won and banished him, that is when his mind became corrupted by his own beliefs and he joined the very ones he was planning on killing days before. His power makes him incredibly valuable to the shadow dragons.
