World Code Auction

This code was made with a CS I'm working on in mind, but does not fit the vibe so I wanted to do something different with it. Instead of putting it in a shop, I decided to put it up for an auction for a price lower than one for a fully custom world code - just to see how it'd do.
Consider this a semi-custom; the base is done and the winner is able to ask for changes that'd fit their vision more.
(As long as they are not too complex - I will not completely overhaul the code. If you want something entirely different, my customs are open.)
rules:
- The auction finished 24 hours after the last bid.
- SB: $50
- MI: $5
- AB: $100
- AB 2: $130
- Payment is due in 72h after winner confirmation. (It can be arranged differently, as long as it is communicated).
- The winner receives:
  1. CSS code for the world;
  2. HTML code for the homepage;
  3. HTML code for FAQ section.
  4. In case of AB 2, the winner can request an additional HTML code for, e.g. exclusive character HTML for owners of closed species; or overhaul of home page HTML; or another complex request that pertains to HTML editing.
