History :

Cosmo was born to fairly middle class poms- when he came out as gay to them they were very supportive! He had a huuuge interest in space and, with help from his parents and a side job as a waiter at a small resturant, got the necessary degree to become an astronomer. he ended up setting up shop at the Pupsville Observatory, where he's more than happy to give tours to anyone who wants to take a look around! When he isn't working he's either stargazing or out on the town.
