Seibi-kun

Personality:
Seibi is a friendly, timid squid who likes to walk the streets of Splatsville, and always dresses in cutesy fashion. But aside from
having a pretty face, he seems to have an air of elusiveness around him. Citizens of Splatsville always see him, but they
never know where he came from or where he's going. Spot him once, and you'll quickly lose him in the crowd. Seibi, who's
coming and going, doesn't stay still in one place for too long. No reason as to why, though, he just likes traveling to his
favorite places in the city, and lately, Inkopolis plaza!
