I will make myself entirely clear; I, Akane Hayashi, maintain no sentimentality to the asset formerly regarded as "Nines", or "899", regardless of rumor. My thoughts remain, as they always have been on the matter, entirely practical. The asset, as true upon creation from the initial specimen, is impractical, unruly, disobedient, aggressive, and stubborn. 899 is not something I seek to recapture. The costs involved would far outweigh the gain. Let her run about and think she disrupts us until she grows tired of it.
APPEARANCE
Five feet, one inch tall. 899 has dark, scruffy hair, black eyes, and refuses to stop putting that idiotic skull facepaint on just about everywhere she goes. She's taken to wearing something similar to a kabuki mask, I've heard. Perhaps she's playing hero.
