The Safety Team captain. Was tasked as the main person to handle suppressions in the department (and sometimes for other departments) after being given the E.G.O. weapon from Der Freischütz.

Although he has never killed a fellow agent, several clerks have been killed due to the nature of the weapon. The first time it happened, it haunted him and he tried to trade in the weapon for something else, to no avail. All he was given was a standard knife to use for suppressions that required him to fight with other agents in front of him. As more and more clerks died, Anthony became densensitized and started to be apathetic to the concept of life in general.

He was surprised one day when he was called not to handle a suppression, but to take a sword and rescue an agent, Adam, that was being held hostage by the Snow Queen. He prevailed rather easily, and he was able to rescue the captured agent. The feeling imparted to him from using his combat skills to save lives as opposed to ending them disrupted the cold-blooded persona he adopted. This was not made any better by Adam's gratefulness and the bond that had formed between them after the rescue. Anthony, contrary to his better judgement, found more excuses to come down to Welfare, where Adam was stationed. Agents that he worked closely beside noticed how differently he would behave around Adam and the changes in his expression when even thinking about them.

One day, alarms were going off about a panicking employee. Anthony's heart fell the moment he saw that said employee was Adam. At once, Anthony took off to Welfare. He had saved him once, he would do it again. When he arrived in the hallway Adam was, Adam immediately broke through the flurry of thoughts and emotions to call out Anthony's name and cling onto him for dear life. Not a full minute after, the Welfare Department Head strolls into the hallway, chirping on about how she'd been "too clumsy with [their] paints" and that "it's time to clean up." She took aim at Adam, and Anthony immediately unstrapped and aimed his gun at the Department Head. When he pulled the trigger, the blue magic circle appeared and the gun fired as normal... but the Welfare Head still stood unscathed in front of him, mouth covered to hold back laughter. Anthony heard a gurgle behind him, and turned to see Adam's heart pierced through. Anthony held Adam tight, trying to figure out what had happened. After a giggle that finally let loose from the Welfare Head faded, she explained that the 7th bullet fired from the Der Freischütz E.G.O. weapon will pierce the heart of the person the wielder loves most, just like in the story. Not once did Anthony look at the Welfare Head when this was explained to him. He could only watch the life and love drain from Adam's eyes.

Survives the burial, and tries to find a way to live on.
