Mr. Many-Eyes, or Lawrence Fischer, is a scientist who deals in physical and genetic modification. He was originally a human, but after many multiple tests preformed upon himself... one wouldn't really be able to call him anything but a monster.
Only the canine-like form is his true form. Any other species is just for fun please if you draw him, use the canine refs!
