You May NOT:
> Take original designer credit, or just otherwise delete my credits as the original designer
> Use my designs for underage/pedophilic, zoophilic/feral, incestuous, or just generally harmful nsfw, including for fetishes that mimic such
> Additionally, you may not use my designs to promote harmful or problematic views/opinions, such as LGBTphobia, ableism, racism, etc etc
> Add your own TOS/rules/restrictions to my designs
> Scalp my designs, artificially inflate their worth
> Separate redesigns from the original design when rehoming (and vice versa)
> Sell (as in for currency, real or fake) gifted designs until they have added art
> Redesign my designs beyond recognition 
> Detransition trans-coded characters, return them to their assigned gender at birth, etc etc
> Redesign my designs to be a 1:1 VISUAL recreation of copyrighted characters from media
> Create an original species out of my creature/monster designs (I mean like don’t make a whole new og species with lore and traits based off one of my designs if that makes sense lol)
> Use my designs for AI, NFTs, and the like
> Purposely/knowingly give my designs to someone on my blacklist

You MAY Otherwise:
> Use my designs however you want, as long as it follows my TOS (so basically if it isn’t listed above, go wild! What’s listed below is just the more common things, like literally go crazy as long as it’s not something listed above)
> Use my designs commercially, as long as you let me know and explicitly/clearly credit me for the design
> Use my designs in roleplays, comics, literally anything lol idm
> Make nsfw of my designs as long as both you and the character(s) involved are all adults
> Hide my designs, delete them from toyhouse, etc etc
> Co-own my designs (at your own risk)
> Resell, retrade, regift my designs whenever
> Add commissioned, traded, and personal art to worth
> Redesign my OCs however you want as long as they’re recognizable, including making them a part of a species

BLACKLIST/GRAYLIST
IMPORTANT: All TH report links are here for the sole purpose of keeping track of users in the case of a username change. Please please do not harass or report these users.

Being graylisted means I will not directly do business with you, but you are still welcomed to acquire my designs secondhand through trade or resale. Being blacklisted means you may not acquire any of my designs nor may you use any resources made by me (such as bases). I will not revoke any designs currently owned by you, this is in regards to acquiring new ones.

> slaughtercoffee (owns a design that is a direct rip-off of a pre-existing oc and then refused to delete or redesign said oc after the owner came forward. Additionally ableist towards people with psychotic disorders)
> vvolfe (scalper, sells ocs WAYYY more than they’re worth/without added art)
> idontkoahpp (ableist towards those with psychotic disorders, proof)
> astrohaze (encourages others not to follow the original designer’s TOS and to instead follow theirs just because they used to own the design)

> sakura_angel (faked being scammed, causing an innocent user to almost be banned)

> atwhatcost/lizardcommunist (Personally I am not comfortable with him getting my designs due to his assumptions someone is faking mental disorders JUST because they have a certain combo of specific disorders. As someone who is professionally diagnosed with a few different illnesses that "contradict" it left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth, especially seeming how he has no professional psychiatric background and his assumptions are based on his own personal research. While I cannot/will not speak on DID as I do not have it, I am a diagnosed schizophrenic and honestly tired of my diagnosis not being taken seriously and not being believed (in general), especially by other mentally ill individuals, his dni for reference)
