The original senior of Group 68, long inactive if still standing. Dawn was an early constructed Iterator with many an error made during her construction. In particular she was prone to long shutdowns, with Dusk constructed to assist in her duties during and just after these episodes.
Without the creators these episodes got longer and longer, and in the present it's been eons since anyone has seen activity from her can- the bare minimum amount of rain produced.
