BACKGROUND:

JUNE CAIN, always known as “Otter” for his expertise in the water, is an American special forces operator and Task Force 141 officer. Joining the Marine Corps at the ripe age of 17, some claim the man was born to swim. He immediately specialized in sniping from over 700 meters away, as well as taking down enemies from the abyss. His combatants would describe the man as charismatic to a fault, with a inner turmoil. He’s resourceful and will directly disobey orders if urged to do so. Most of his early career was spent in the jungles of South America, executing covert operations from the inside. He found his calling when at the time Lieutenant John Price appraised his skills and recommended his hire for Black Ops.

After Otter was affirmed he spent the remaining years on the fronts of Urzikstan and Al Mazrah, and following his L.T. all over the world. Eventually meeting Commander Karim and aiding her army in the years following.

After Barkovs fall, now Captain, Price called for Otter’s experience in his newly formed Joint Operations unit Task Force 141. Otter complied and has spent the last 4 years working under the radar for the unit.

Otter is easy to spot, refusing to cut his hair to the Militarys standards— and adorning a “good luck charm” braid.
