On an average day, a nurse got fired from the hospital due to the fact that she mistreated her patients. Feeling bitter and vengeful, the nurse decided to create a perforator with the assistance of her relative, a mechanic who has ties to the undertow, to kill her former co-workers, and any potential patients that the perforator would handle.
