He formed a team with his best friend, Cacao, as well as two strange siblings named Eva and Kicks who approached him, saying he had skill. Team Red slowly pushed their way to S+ over two years, but they disbanded due to a huge fight and Ben's rank was stuck there while Eva and Kicks rose to X Rank. A couple more years passed and he finally gave up, knowing he would only sink in the ranks further and further, and left for the Splatlands.
