Kaito is friendly passionate, optimistic, and outgoing. Traits rarily seen in an Uchiha. He's is fierecely loyal and will always put others safety first before his own. He's so loyal, he refuses to help find Sasuke when he goes missing; regardless of being visited occastionally by him at a secret meet-up spot
Kaito was born out of wedlock to an Uchiha man and a regular civilian woman. Due to embarrassment and shame, his father threatened his mother to keep quiet about the pregnancy; not accepting Kaito as an Uchiha. Due to this, Kaito's last name was at first registered as Harada, not Uchiha. When the slaughter of the Uchiha came, Kaito's mother got scared for Kaito's life and snuck onto a boat; starting their new lives at Shimagakure. Kaito was raised knowing he was an Uchiha but never fully embraced. It's not until he is the age of 13 and after his mother is killed, that he begins to finally embrace his Uchiha bloodline; due to Sasuke's encouragement.
Kaito and his mother are kidnapped by Gen Nazo, taken to an isolated cave. The two both withstand hours of torture as Gen tries to force Kaito to unlock his Sharingan. After two days of no results, Gen finally decides to his kill Kaito's mother; hence, causing Kaito's Sharingan to surface out of immense anger and sorrow. After he's rescued by his fellow teammates and jonin, the half Uchiha mourns the death of his mother. It's only when Sasuke Uchiha convinces him to take control of his Uchiha blood and abilities that he finally returns to his old self; no longer scared of who he really is. He takes up the last name of Uchiha, no longer wanting to hide. He vows to grow stronger to protect others in the way he couldn't with his mother.
Akihiko Hyuga is Kaito's bestfriend and teammate. They're childhood friends and extremly loyal to eachother; having eachother's backs no matter what.
Yaso Yuudai is one of Kaito's good friends and other teammate. Just like with his other friends, he's loyal and ready to protect him.
Kimi Tanaka is Kaito's crush and future wife. They've liked eachother since childhood, becoming an unbreakable couple at the age of 16-17.
