An eccentric guy with a penchant for fashion and also controlling peoples's limbs sometimes. Yet another person who's bargained with an eldritch being, as with the rest of his friends.
This is an AU version of Elbaite.
Personality.
A playful fellow with a thirst for adventure and excitement. He knows exactly how to push people's buttons to get what he wants. He doesn't get along fantastically with many other people due to his way of annoying people and his excessive dramatism he infuses into everything that he says. But he's having fun, at least!

A simple spell that discharges a voltage out of the user's hands. It can also be used to direct an incoming shock through the user's body safely.
One of his eyes was given to him as a gift. It can see infrared and ultraviolet light as visible.
A spell which allows him to control very delicate electrical impulses in objects like organs or wiring. He can make currents change direction or fire at will. He uses this mainly to reanimate dead bodies.
Story.
Hmm... Still gotta think about this guy's childhood. It was probably normal, but he's been part of various wizarding academies since his youth. First it was at the decision of his folks, but then out of him wanting to be successful and powerful. Somewhere along the lines he also transitioned. I'll iron it out later.
Hmm
After graduating, he opened up a tailor shop where he makes excessively flamboyant clothes. It's been a very successful venture and he's been enjoying life.
He was recently asked to provide assistance in an adventure some folks were going on. He makes some good friends and has plenty of near death experiences along the way.
Trivia.
- Half of his body has a warm skin tone and the other has a cool skin tone.
- His hair is probably outrageously unhealthy. all that bleach is NOT doing him any favors.
- He designs all of his clothes himself.
- In this universe, he isn't nearly as unhinged as his original self is.
- He likes to search for disembodied limbs and use them as extensions of his self. His magic keeps from decaying temporarily but he switches them out frequently.
- He always makes sure to have zipper openings on the shoulders of his clothes so he can put an extra pair of arms in there.
