About:  

Mr. Whiskers is a shopkeeper that lives in Windmill Village, he has a small shop in which he sells groceries, basic products, utensils and small curiosities, providing the villagers with anything they might need. He has been living in the village since he was a little kid, always happy to serve it, but eventually became a very grumpy and cynical.

He's a VERY grumpy old man, he despises everything and everyone and ever since Tinker appeared he said that the man was bad luck, that he was going to bring ruin to the village. He never liked to sell groceries to Tinker and whenever he saw Angel he always told him that Tinker was just using him, that he was going to end heartbroken. When the Metal Virus happened, he was the first one in telling everyone "I TOLD YOU!!!" because he never trusted Tinker to begin with and, to this day, he thinks that all of that was just part of his plan. Truth to be told is that he wasn't always grumpy, he's just like that because he lost his dear daughter in an Eggman attack that the village suffered and she was everything he had, from that point, be was alone and blaming himself for not being able to save her.

Likes:

• Peace and quietude, he likes to just sit and relax to a nice silence with the birds chirping in the distance.

Dislikes:

• Dr. Eggman and his machines, he considers them a danger to society and wants NOTHING to do with them.
• Loud noises, they make him angry.
