❀Design TOS❀
➤If you have received one of my freebies/did not pay for that design do not sell them for any amount of currency be it real or digital (this only applies if they do not have any extra art by you or any commissioned.)
➤If I have found out that you sold a design you did not pay for and they do not have extra art by you or do not have any commissioned pieces, you will be blacklisted and unable to own/claim any designs of mine in the future.
➤You are free to change a design however you want as long as it is not heavily offensive to anyone or any group of people, and does not heavily involve any political party or religion.
➤ Do not sell/trade/or gift any of my designs to those who are blacklisted.
➤You are always free to message me to change permissions on a character, do not delete them.
➤Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to someone that doesn't have TH and not inform me.
➤Do not private a design by me, at least give me authentication to see them, as I like to keep track of all of my designs.
➤ Do not make NSFW of my designs that include children or feral characters. NSFW art of my designs is fine as long as the characters are of age and non-feral. No Pro-ship stuff.
➤ Do not sell a design more than what it's worth; do not add worth based on how many 'favorites' it has. If you trade a character that is worth x amount it doesn't make the design worth that much too.
➤ Do not directly edit my designs/art, you can redesign them or add new things in ref sheets etc. Do not directly edit the design/art.
➤By adding "🍒" when claiming one of my freebie designs or offering on one of my adopts means that you have read, understand, and agree to follow this TOS, if you do not add it your comment will be ignored.
