DISGUSTINGCAKE adoptables terms of service - adoptables purchased from me are intended for personal use. if you want to use them for anything else please contact me and we can discuss about it.

- payment is via paypal only and in USD only, must be made in max 2 days after claiming the adopt or winning the auction. - full payment is required before you receive the full resolution picture. - I do payment plans for prices higher than 200USD. payment plan> 100USD paid upfront, the rest in one or more installment (min 50USD) to be completed in no more than 2 months.

- I don't do refunds. - you can re-sell or trade the adoptable for no more than the price you originally paid. if you don't remember the original price of an adoptable you can contact me via note on deviantart, dm on twitter, or email me at [email protected].

- I may upload the adoptable on my twitter/deviantart or use it as a sample for commissions, however it will always be at a lower resolution and/or watermarked. - after you purchase the adoptable you can change small features like hairstyle, name, colors, however you cannot modify closed species traits rarity. - you can upload the adoptable to your site/deviantart/twitter/toyhou.se only if you credit the design as disgustingcake.
