If you buy or own any of my designs, you are agreeing to my designs terms of use.

designs

• Designs do not come with commercial use or permission. They may only be used personally.
• Once a design is purchased, the buyer gains full ownership. Designs may be altered any way the buyer wishes.
    ↳ This includes making changes to the original artwork. However, the original artwork MUST stay with the design, and I would ask that edits not only still credit me, but are respectful towards the original artwork.
         ↳ i.e. hue shifts, marking additions, clothing, etc. are fine! but tracing over the artwork, and making it a completely different design is not allowed!
              ↳ This also applies to removal of identities. If any designs I produce are fat, disabled, poc, etc. Please do not redesign them in a way that removes their representation.
• If your design ends up with multiple forms, they must not be separated.
    ↳ This includes alternate species designs, as well as alternate color palettes/forms. ALL FORMS/DESIGNS MUST STAY TOGETHER.
• Buyers may convert my designs into species designs, but they must adhere to the prior rules as well as the species rules. Additionally, my designs cannot be made into and claimed as original species.
    ↳ Credit for these instances still applies.
• Using my designs for hateful, offensive or immoral content is prohibited and not tolerated.

• You are free to trade, resell, and gift designs.
   ↳ Designs may not be resold for more than they were bought for, unless the current owner has added monetary value via commissions, artwork, etc.
         ↳ Additionally, I ask that resales are priced while keeping the original value in mind.
• I do not manage nor handle or settle disputes between co-ownerships. If you wish to co-own my designs, be aware that whatever happens between said parties is none of my concern, unless my terms of use are being broken.
