Gideon

A disgruntled lord trying to ascend the social ladder and gain his family's clout. He's not the first born nor is he the most well liked by his father or siblings, so naturally he has turned to morally dubious actions to get what he wants. He will have what he believes he deserves, and is essentially trying to Count of Monte Cristo ~REVENGE~ his siblings to death in order to gain favor with dad.

Random things:

• xNTJ 3w4? 
• Absolute manlet (5'3'') so he compensates by buying luxurious things and having BDE with his presence. 
• Thinks he is the smartest guy in any room. This is usually true, unfortunately.
• His biggest weakness is also that he is usually the smartest guy in the room. He's so caught up in 4d chess that he can't handle anything his galaxy brain hasn't predicted.
  
• Very soft spoken and mild. It's hard to tell what he's thinking since he says everything in the same tone.
  
• Perpetually smug. Radiates >:3c knife cat energy.
  
• Also very chaste and selective with relationships--ladies and gents have found Gideon rather hard to get to know and even harder to "get to know". His standards are ridiculously high.
  
• Most assume he has a proclivity for men at this point, since he's never taken a lady nor shown any interest in marrying. He is frustrated by this, but figures that rumor is a bit less scandalous than the truth, being "I am in love with my dead sister's crossdressing lady's companion but can't marry her because she is of a lower social class and that fucks up my whole 'get social clout' plan." lmao
  
• Surprisingly NOT cloistered for a stupid noble white man in the 1700s. Loves seeing what wacky scandalous stuff French nobles have made or written about.
  
• Born and raised in the British West Indies. Has never even set foot in mainland Britain.
  
• He's repulsed by British cuisine and vastly prefers French food. Not a huge bread person, though! But really, he just likes what's available in the BWI. Loves fish and seafood, and spices, and tries to have rare fruits at every meal as a flex.
  
• Mostly drinks out of very small vessels like teacups and things like that so they make his baby hands look bigger.
  
• Gideon has a reputation for being rather ruthless and cruel in terms of working for him/serving under him. Realistically, he is intolerant of failure. He treats those that work for him incredibly well, often above and beyond how they would be treated by anyone else. They just have to gain his favor first, and know full well that if they fail him, they'll be off his payroll ASAP.
