Species - Brutes

A species of a successful human experiment that grants extraordinary muscle density and strength, they reside on the deserted Ashan'tai island where the abandoned lab remains. Often just called 'Brutes', or 'Warriors' This species is extremely powerful and fast, their large frame holds highly condensed muscles that allow them to easily crush and rip apart limbs, stone, and steel easily. They're highly aggressive and unsociable to outsider, combined with their very low intelligence, often leads them to a headstrong and mindless violence, attacking outsiders on sight and often harming other tribesmen that happen to get in the way or annoy them. They have a high photosensitive weakness that causes them to live a nocturnal lifestyle. Brutes are strictly carnivorous and will hunt for food at night using they're enhanced hearing and sense of smell. Their horns are very strong but otherwise useless as they use their physical strength in crushing and ramming rather than impaling. The horn grows back slowly over the span of a couple years.
