Please read this entirely and carefully:

• Make valid your bidding for at least 2 days.
• You have 24 hours to send the payment after the confirmation I sent you.
• If you are taking a bit long to pay please, have the respect to keep up communication with me :)
• Holds only for 5 days and longer for previous clients. 
• Payment plans are available! I prefer at least $50 or $100 if possible, and have in mind that you will lose your rights for a full refund. (should be fully paid before the 13th of the month that corresponds)
• If person doesn't reply to the confirmation payment message I sent in 24hrs or if they don't keep me updated through dms, I might chose the last one who bidded.
• If backing out, lowing a bid/offer or ghosting me (either if it was intentional or not), please let me know asap.
  Backing out a second time will get you a warning and backing out at the third time will get you totally blacklisted!
  Have in mind that I can consider blocking u or blacklist u if ur behaviour makes me uncomfortable. Please, be respectful!!
• Usd payment is through paypal only.
• No refunds!

I retain all Intellectual Property copyrights to the official design art and design.

• I have the right to use the official design art for self-promotional or portfolio content purposes. _{(There are not claims about this and you are aware about this when adopting the character. It will be watermarked!)}
• I do not have the right to use the design for personal or commercial creative projects or work, unless I trade/buy the design back to myself.
• Paypal only! I can't accept any other payment method at the moment. Unless you are from Peru.

Please read this entirely and carefully:

• You can't remove my credits as the designer/claim you created them, even if you heavily redesigned them.
• You can co-own as long as there's only ONE profile credited by me.
• I won't credit a design if you reupload the character unless you have prove of purchase or so.
• You can't remove or erase the character's toyhouse profile. If u ever feel like leaving toyhouse, please feel free to transfer the  character back to me just to take care of them while u are out.
• You can't make more profiles of the same character. If you are gonna co-own, there must be just ONE toyhouse profile.
• You can't resell the design for more than they're worth, lie about their value, overprice them, etc.
• If u got the design by raffle, the only way to add monetary value is adding at least a colored artwork.
• If you got the design by trade there are three options:
  - If there's not worth tracker, the value of the character resets to the initial base value they got bought for.
  - If there's a worth tracker. The value of the character is the same as the final worth tracker value says.
  - If the character got traded at first, you can ask me for how much the character is worth in usd.
  
  This also means that trading this character with another one that have a higher/lower value doesn't modify their worth or increase/decrease the value of this character. The value is still the same as their og/final worth!
  
  
• High quality or colored artworks are the only ones who can increase the value.
• If putting the character in private, you must authorize me.
• U can't modify the original character artwork.
• Changes of the design is allowed. Just don't change the design so drastically that it makes them no longer recognizable as the design.
• Alternative versions (human ver or so) of the same character is allowed but don't remove the original artwork/design from their th please.
• If I find that you are breaking my rules, you'll receive friendly warnings/reminder dms! If it is a repeat offense, I may have to privately blacklist. The public blacklist will apply for severe cases only, like chargebacks or scams. 

This is what the owner can and can not do with the character:

• ❌You cannot use the design or the official design art in any commercial work*.
  Commercial work:  means anything that generates money in any way or form. Such as but not limited to: merchandise, Patreon, subscription based platforms, webtoons, monetized yt videos or related.
• If I see you using the character in a way I would view as profitable, I may demand commercial payment or for you to stop using the design as so.

• ✔️You can use the design and official design art for personal/private purposes such as role-playing, world-building, drawing, collection, writing, and/or non-profit creative projects* AS LONG AS specific credit to me is given AND a link back to my toyhouse, instagram, twitter, deviantart or any social media i have.
  A Non-profit creative project: is a creative work such as a game, comic, printed medium, etc, That is absolutely not affiliated in any way with money. It is not a merchandise, nor is it funded by investors, nor is it funded by any subscription services such as Patreon. Absolutely no money is involved in the creation or distribution.

• You can use the design and the official design art for other personal/private purposes such as social media icon/avatars, banners, headers, footers, charms/stickers (for urself). Just for your personal use.
• Fursuits of the character are allowed and considered as personal use as long as it's not used for main commercial purposes as stated above.

About:

• You may request to purchase the Intellectual Property copyrights of the design. 
• The price for these copyrights are usually between an extra of +100% to +500% more of the original price.
  However, it will depend on the type of effort I made for the design, the intended use of the design, if it's gonna be sold for a big business or not, and of how much it sold at the beggining. (payment plans, available)
• An owner who has bought the intellectual property copyrights will be given a contract as proof of the transaction.
• After commercial use is adquired, it is no longer in my own ownership, and I do not settle any future ownership disputes unless there's a mistake by my side. 
• The design will be yours to use in commercial work.
  - commercial use includes:
  Vtuber/png tuber/ streaming sona, mascot, selling merch for profit, comic character, ect.
• Buying the Intellectual property copyrights does not include the license of the official design art of the character. That can be a separate purchase.
• If u get the permmission for it's commercial use, u still must credit me somewhere.
