Public Profile: Chloe Santos, or @mewcrimeqween, as she's known online, is woman known for both high profile hacking, like hacking into a major health insurance agency to prove the faults in the system...And petty hacking of League of Legends or Twitter accounts of people who have pissed her off. She's a massively loose canon of a person, who has had mews home raided before for screwing with the lights and temperature in Floridian government facilities, but wears her past arrests with pride, and has sent posts about her activity online.

 Personality: Chloe is, to put it bluntly, intentionally annoying. She's a quirky, chipper, but most importantly, self-serving woman.
