Shiloh is thoroughly charming, partly fuelled by his 'every day, nice guy' projection. Generally thoughtful and considerate of others - rescues kittens, buys the office coffees, that sort of thing - plus a broad sense of humour that swings from sophisticated to slapstick, Shiloh can nearly always break the ice with pretty much anyone. (Except maybe those who are already distrustful of devoma.) He's a hard worker, moving around the various cities (and planets) fulfilling a lot of menial office jobs. It's thankless work but it keeps the income stable. It's also EXCELLENT cover for his passion job of being a pursuit officer.

Yes, pursuit officer. In the world of Erra, criminals can hop planets and colonies, and its a pursuit officers job to track them down. Hence why the regular moving and the requirement for just temp work. Shiloh has a good record of bringing criminals in, despite his...non-traditional methods. Pour 'Firely', 'Ocean's Eleven', and a bit of 'buddy cop' dynamics to get the clearest picture of Shiloh and his plans. His long-suffering simi partner is generally more down-to-earth and tempers the extravagant plans just enough that they work.

Mostly.

But yes, Shiloh is a good pursuit officer, where his natural charm still helps him, but his thorough dedication and determination to a job well done is the core of his work ethic. He thinks fast (not always well, but fast) and through some kind of divine blessing, he is the luckiest s-o-b on any mission.

There's nothing worse than 'losing' though. Whether the criminal escapes or another officer beats him to the capture, Shiloh is not great at accepting failure. He does eventually learn from it, but those initial moments, hours, days even, after a loss, he just *wallows* in it. If you want to talk to him, bring sherbert.
