Splittingstorm joined up with Silverstorm and Duststorm after her old Traveller band were lost to a disastrous flood, leaving her as the sole survivor.

She is the unofficial "Jester" of their merry band of Travellers, constantly telling jokes and dropping puns. She is also the resident storyteller alongside Sandstorm, the two of them often telling their tales in a theatrical play format. Due to connections formed by her deceased band, she is also often able to feed her new family by chasing up old favours from old friends.

To the chagrin of Duststorm and Silverstorm, she's a shameless flirt and is not above turning on the charm with whatever pride lions they may encounter, from common members to Kings or Queens. Meadowsweet is amongst these conquests, which causes more than a degree of awkwardness when Pepper joins Splittingstorm's Traveller band and Nightshade puts a bounty on their heads.
