Valentine's Ownership

By owning a design created by me, whether through buying/trading through me or through re-sale/re-trade, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

Introduction & General rules:
   ➳  These rules apply to all designs of mine, no matter how they're received; through me with flatsales, auctions, commissions/customs, or through others with resales & trades.

   ➳  If you are found to have broken any rules, I will send you a warning. If I don't receive a response and/or you continue to go against my rules, you will be blacklisted.

   ➳  Once you've paid, you have ownership of the design! This includes commercial rights (ex: creating & selling a fursuit of the design, creating merch, etc), however, I ask to be credited where possible.

   ➳  You're allowed to edit the design however you like! Species, hue-shifting, changing markings, or even drawing over the design artwork itself -- these are all allowed! However, you are required to keep a version of the original art as well.

   ➳  You may not claim the original design as your own, though you may take credit for edits made (example credit: "design by limbo, edits by me".)

Payment policy:
   ➳  I don't do refunds under any circumstances, all sales are final. If you no longer want the design, you can resell or trade it! Do NOT file a chargeback, this is an immediate public blacklist if you do so.

   ➳  Payment must be sent within 24 hours of an invoice being sent, or else the design goes back up for sale. Please communicate if any problems arise, as this can be discussed!

   ➳  Holds and Payment plans? I only accept holds on a case by case basis, and typically only for 48 hours -- I am less likely to hold for designs under $150. I accept payment plans on designs over $200, and greatly prefer if they're done in 2 parts.

Ownership and Transfer policy:
   ➳  You CANNOT resell the design for more than what you bought them for unless you've added artwork, whether through commissions or your own work. You may not include gift-art, art trade pieces, or artfight pieces to the monetary worth of a design. I take this rule very seriously, as I don't want someone getting unfairly scammed. This will land you on my blacklist.

   ➳  You cannot sell designs you recived through trading, and may only trade them on instead. You may only sell a design you received through a trade if you've added commissions or your own artwork, which you may then only resell for the price of those pieces.

   ➳  As both above statements describe, if you are found to be price-gauging or selling designs on for a profit, you will be blacklisted.
