She can make magic bubbles with her tail. These bubbles will act like whatever they depict (ex: A rabbit shaped bubble, will bounce around like a rabbit), until they pop. 

PLEASE DO NOT DRAW HER WITHOUT HER TAIL (if it'd be shown in the image). the bubbles themselves are optional. 

You can draw her hair as shown in the reference, or fully covering her eyes. However, I prefer that you keep her hair pins (the anklet is totally optional though). 

Feel free to draw her in another outfit.
