FOR GIFTED/FREE CHARACTERS: u are free to do gift them to someone else anytime. however, u need to add art/literatures in order to resell/trade my free characters. the art has to be made by you, commissioned or traded, dont use free art to add value.
FOR TRADED/BOUGHT CHARACTERS: feel free to resell/retrade them anytime. no need to add art/literatures
