About
Tuuik is a notorious fisherman originating from the coast of the Metal Devil territory. He's not one to dwell on the past, making himself a new life—one with the ocean and breeze. Many exiles buy fish from him, but purchasing from Tuuik comes with a slight catch (no pun intended). He has a penchant for making incredibly bad jokes and should one laugh at them, they can gain a charitable discount. Which is an equally, incredibly bad business strategy; but what else does an outcast have to lose? Exiled, without friend, family, nor home. Some may mistake discounts for pity, however true pity would be placing a catch in the hands of the poor, the misfortunate. In truth, Tuuik has a bleeding heart, one that pours and pools at his feet. He tries and tries to make up for a debt that can never be paid in kindness of a scorned man, healing others will never be enough to atone for ones own mistakes; past, present, or future. Words and whispers alike have spread rumors of the fisherman's odd nature, many attesting that he wastes a silver-tongue on inadequate comedy on purpose— self aware of his lacking "talent" in jests. Some may inquire about his strange business and "catch", to which he'll shrug and offer a nonchalant reply, "That's the joke!"

Combat
Relaxed in nature, Tuuik prefers to avoid a fight at any cost. That being said, he is not well-versed in combat and is better at defending himself rather than offensively attacking someone. He is very well adapted to using the abilities of his halo and hologram, though, which makes up for his lack in physical capabilities.
Halo Ability [ABSENT HALO]
ACTIVE: Can make objects that come in contact with his hologram invisible to the naked eye temporarily. He can also warp the light of the surroundings, making it harder to see, which gives the effect of “absent”.
PASSIVE: Enhanced reflexes and reaction time. Has better eyesight and does not struggle with long or short-distance sight issues.
NEGATIVE EFFECT: May develop a sensitivity to light or night blindness which makes it a struggle to travel at night or in very dark spaces.

Trivia
- Incredibly charming (this is absolutely not written by Tuuik)
- Makes horrible fish puns every chance he gets
- Very cheery and playful, sweet and easy to talk with
- The shape of his hologram is a common kid's toy in the Azvirahn territory, rumours say that he used to have a child
- Very good with the children born in exile, he tries to entertain them with his hologram and jokes as much as he can.
- Often travels across the MDT on the back of his Zyromyr, a reminder of home in the Azvirahn Territory. He feeds it some of the fish he catches.
- Tuuik is almost always outside when its raining or if there's a thunderstorm; his kid used to enjoy playing in the rain puddles, so he often sits out during the rain to remind himself of them.
