Ignotus

Borne from a inhuman act from yveltl, ignotus eggs seem normal enough to the average eye, hiding the hidden danger beneath. Upon being hatched by a trainer, the egg will appear empty, a nest of shadows. The ignotus has however merely merged with the trainers shadow. As the days go by, the trainer will slowly become a husk of themselves, as the ignotus slowly feeds off their soul. Once the trainers soul has been fully consumrd, the ignotus will emerge from the shadow, fully grown. Ignotus no longer exists in the normal world, due to being pulled down to the distortion by a trevenant, the lorax. They now hunt after the desceased in the afterlife, gorging themselves upon the souls of sinners.
