Dahilia is a Minor Celestial and one of two Supreme Witches for Cian and is Head of the Judiciary of the House of the Blessed, her title being Mother Witch. She is the more popular Minor Celestial in the city. Being more of a public figure and generally the most charming out of the three. Originally born as a Blood Witch and now Head of Judiciary she is a Minor Celestial of Blood and Justice. Don't let all her titles fool you though, she's still a Celestial working under Cian's rule so justice might just be...blind.

Past

Dahilia past is much obscured and not known. For a public figure, she keeps personal things to herself. However, this is not surprising for most Witches don't talk or interact about anything personal to them. Almost to the point where they don't really hold any sentimental value at all. This makes sense however considering all Witches really do is what they idealize. Which would be contributing to the city and their Celestial.
