Loptr

Loptr likes being sneaky and cryptic, mostly just to confuse or annoy people. He's prone to elaborate "practical jokes" which may or may not be harmless. He's not the most popular person, but he does have a network of friends (if you can call a group of people who tolerate each other friends). His saving trait is he doesn't break his promises, though he will lie compulsively. He has no immediate family, but has several "blood-brothers" whose trust he would never break, providing they also stay true to him. He cannot generate his own magic, but he can channel existing magic to his purpose. His eyes are blank but he's not blind; instead, they show him beyond illusions, be they magical illusions or mere daydream fantasies. (he's also kind of a sona but not really xD)
