Balthasar

They are space and space is them. There is no life before and no life after them.

Balthasar is an Outer God, who is considered to be space itself. No one knows their real name and that is for the best, as the language of the Outer Gods is not for mortals to speak; it would hurt them if they were to ever hear it. They are a serious being, who still harbours a love for humans. There are stories, carried through the ages, of a benevolent God caring for humans who have had great harm done to them. And even if that would not be true, it gave mortals a reason to look up at the sky and think that the vastness of the world is not uncaring.
Balthasar is as tall or short as they need to be and their form is equally unbound by constrictions. While they present themselves to mortals as a being that is vaguely human, it still shows their nature and how unlike a mortal they are. If not corporeal, they vanish, their form losing shape and, as Balthasar states it, becoming every space, allowing them to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
