About.
Design.
HAIRSTYLE: Silver messy hair on front/top and dark gray undercut/back. Small ponytail tied on the back.
CLOTHING STYLE: Fantasy garb, medieval period type of clothing. Very loose and flexible!
DESIGN NOTES:
- Wings are not mandatory. Please don't draw them unless you really really want to!
- Has large scars with glod flowing through them. The ones around his neck and chest are star shaped.
- Has a fluffy tail!
- The gold embellishments do not need to be exact. Feel free to have fun with them!

Personality.
Percival is not an easy person to approach. His default expression is a glare and he makes it very obvious that your presence is an inconvenience to him. He despises social interactions and people in general, opting to avoid them at all costs if he’s allowed to. He is a very serious and overbearing person but has a gentle side when it comes to those closest to him.
Aesthetic.
History.
Much of Percival’s past is a blur. The only thing he remembers after waking up from deep slumber was being held gently as if he were an infant. An exhausted elf girl looks down at him, her face filled with complex emotions Percival cannot comprehend. He has no memories of her despite her pleading with tears dripping down her rosy cheeks.
Sailing through the turbulent sea of his thoughts, he managed to retrieve a single memory. A memory in which he made an oath of loyalty to an elven girl. The same girl that now sits in front of him scribbling away in her precious notebook.
“Curious what I’m writing about, Percy?” She would ask him sweetly. His ears perked up at the familiar nickname. He says nothing but she moves closer to him and begins telling him about all the wonders of the world around them. He listens attentively. Along the way, she would solemnly recount to him of their time together; their time before he slipped away into deep slumber. Her words paint familiar scenery in his mind yet he feels no emotions towards them. It is as if he is listening to tales and not his own past experiences.
Percival spent a century traveling with his elf companion and relearning his swordsmanship. An easy task for someone who was once one of the best swordsmen in the world. He never regained his memories but his bond with the elf girl had only grown stronger since then. She refers to herself as ‘Yuni’.
Yuni had revealed to him that he was once the brilliant king of a former kingdom, which now only exists as a myth. Percival found it difficult to imagine himself as a ‘king’. What does one do as a ‘king’ anyways? He had already lost sight of all of his former self. The elf girl also explained how she was his most trusted tactician, mage, and childhood friend. That, he can believe. She radiates a familiar warmth that makes him feel at ease and quiets the darkness in his heart.
Despite his companion’s pleas, he had taken up his post as her knight. She had insisted that it was improper for her king to take on such a role but how can it be improper when he had decided for himself to protect the one he loves? With her small hand in his, he once again swore an oath promising to always be by her side as her protector. And who is more perfect for the role than her own former king?
Trivia.
- Percy is his nickname used by Yuni and the other council members.
- Gold flows through his body. Evidence of Yuni using her magic to put him back together. This trait is unique only to Percival.
- Smaller compared to most of the other council members but he has a lot more strength than people assume he has.
- He is titled as the captain of the royal guard but there isn't really a guard to be a captain of so it's simply just a title for the sake of formalities. He mostly serve as Yuni's bodyguard.

Relationships.
Yuni - tactician, mage, & childhood friend
Yuni is someone that keeps Percival bound to the world. Unfortunately, he has no memories of spending his early days with her but he knows she is someone special to his former self. She once served him but the roles have now been reversed and it was his turn to repay the debt he owes her.
Percival’s overbearing and stern front crumbles around Yuni.He is gentle and protective but never forceful when it comes to her. If you want his favor, simply bring Yuni with you and he’ll more or less agree to it.
