Penelope is a very quiet and shy person, but when with close friends, she slowly but surely comes out of her shell. She's not outgoing by any means, but she lets herself joke around and not take things nearly as seriously when she's truly comfortable with someone. Deep down, however, she has some issues regarding love and how she handles people she's attracted to. Rather than talking to them, she becomes way too nervous and would prefer to watch them from afar... Like, borderline stalk them. It's creepy but she'd rather be creepy than rejected. Little does she know, stalking is worse than any form of rejection...
Most of her talking is through mumbles and stutters, however she finds her voice when she's using her eminence. She finds the most comfort in a person's vulnerability in front of her, as she knows the person can't physically hear or see her, nor will they remember what she made them do. Aside from that, almost nobody can hear her when she speaks in her normal speaking voice.

- "LOVE SPELL" — the power to manipulate/hypnotize any person she kisses on the lips for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- She can tell the person she's kissed to do anything she desires. After she kisses them again, they will snap out of their hypnotic state and will forget it ever happened. If she doesn't kiss them back, they'll naturally snap out of it in 10 minutes.
- The most obvious sign that they're being hypnotized is their pink swirly eyes, it's almost impossible to mistake them being held against their will for whatever act they're forced to do. Unless their eyes are closed maybe, or they're blindfolded.
- Her birthday is February 14th!
- The wings on her head and back unfortunately cannot be used to fly, but they're cute!
- Based on an angel, her ahoge is made to look like a halo.
- Her irises are 8 shaped to look like she's always on the verge of tears. 'Cause she is.
