ALSO MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU TRADED/SOLD/GIFTED A CHARACTER AWAY, PLEASE NOTIFY ME BY COMMENTING ON THE "MASTERLIST"

YOU MAY :

Make the Adopted character a species, but credit me FULLY. Not giving me credit is a blacklist

Give to the adopt a name, a personality, you can change clothes a little, gender, anything you want like your Original character ( but if you have to change evertything maybe you have to search for another adopt ;v; ). Please credit me for the design where necessary.

!!!!NOTICE!!!!! YOU MUST USE THE DESIGN AT LEAST ONCE BEFORE RESELLING IT TO ANOTHER PERSON. NOT DOING SO IS A BLACKLIST

You can use it for a story , for an avatar , for a signature , in rp story and so on

!!IMPORTANT!!! YOU MAY RESELL THE ADOPT, BUT NOT FOR A HIGHER PRICE IT WAS BOUGHT FOR, UNLESS YOU HAVE ART OF THEM. SAME THING GOES FOR IF YOU GOT THE DESIGNS FOR FREE. NO ART OF THEM, YOU CANNOT SELL EM ONLY GIFT

You can trade the adoptables as well or gift it to a friend, you can't trade an adopt you received in gift by someone else, only gift it again

!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! I have a (little) Personal Blacklist with people I don't want they have my designs, if happens you give your design to them, I'll contact you to cancel the transaction

Please MAKE SURE if you resell or trade one of my adopts , tell me the new owner's name ;v; Heart Always, If I lost track of the adoptables you will be put in the blacklist. (P.S, The last person who owned it will be blacklisted)

If you use a character for a story or for a comic , you can sell your personal product ( contact me first to know about commercial use ) , but you can't sell my original drawing of the design ( for example you cant put my drawing on a t-shirt and sell it , but you can do a drawing of my designs you bought from me and sell it on a t-shirt ;v; ) you bought the design, not the drawing ;u;

For commercial I wish to know where you use my designs and be credited as the creator with a link on my page, in any case contact me ALWAYS before and tell me about your projects ;u; I really want to know where my designs gone if you use for commercial purpose please ;u; , the price can change depending on what you have in mind.

YOU CAN'T :

You can't claim the art or the original design as your own.

You can't use the design for purposes i don't know of other than drawing it

You cant just buy the adopt just because it looks good. If you know your not going to use it, get over it and do not purchase it at all.

You can't claim a refund , buy the adopt only if you want it. if you didn't want it anymore you can resell it ( I can help you ) but not claim a refund from me.

You can't Resell an adopt that you won in a raffle or in a "offer to adopt" if you didn't spend money, as well you can't resell a design you obtained for art, for trade or for a gift

You can't drop, hide bid comment or edit your bid. Be sure when you bid on my adoptables, I could tolerate only one drop bid , after the second I'll put you into my personal blacklkst, if you edit or hide the comment is the same thing.

You can't resell/trade/gift a character you gain from me for free ( like a gift ) or in a raffle, if you don't want a character for yourself, don't participate in the raffle I did ;u; Clearer example: if the character was gifted to you, your ONLY allowed to gift. nothing else. same goes for selling and trading!

You can't resell or trade a character you did by yourself if there is an OPEN SPECIE, it's only for personal use

I WOULD BE HAPPY IF :

You refrain yourself to bought my adopts just like trade folder, steal the chance to other people to bought a design just to resell/trade that design a week after it's something makes me really uncomfortable and sad ;//n//; Yes I understood if you buy an adopt for the "rush" and later you can't feel something for the design anymore, but there is people who bought from me or in trade from other people my design just to put them in the "trade" folder 5 minutes after to gain something they really want...it's very sad I would be happy if you avoid that ;u;

you notify me of who now owns the adopt if you traded it / sold it and e.t.c by notifying me in the MASTERLIST Please, if you want, send me everything you want about one of my designs ;///v///; ( commissions/request ) I really enjoy see every art or stories about them >///v////< <3 <3 Thanks ;v;

I'm happy if You really appreciate the character or you can give them a good home , I'm not offended if you don't want anymore a designs and you want to give it to others >v<, just make sure you use it once
