The Aglaea family is newer Royalty in Spire, raised from a long line of sucessful Merchants. Notus oversees the Swamp Branch of the family buisiness, and is perhaps the shadiest of the siblings. He is not afraid to traffic in potentially illegal goods, and has several underworld contacts. He is smart about it, however, and does everything by the book so technically nothing is quite illegal. He is charming and well spoken, with a preference for the finer things in life. He prefers to let others do the dirty work and reap the benefits of any deals that come his way.
