Delivery man , A maniac at heart
Steve is an elegant and a hardworking young man. He just seems so calm, orderly, peppy and normal during his work hours. Calling Runo normal is really an understatement.
Deep inside this calm, orderly facade, is a rather chaotic, playful guy who likes to spend time going along with the general chaotic life. He's quite confident and sarcastic because he knows that he's quite powerful despite how weak he is now.
He can be quite sinster and can manipluate others to make them do what he wants them to do (but rarely). But in the end, he's just a kind being who's just doing his job.

His parents aren't the best so, Steve mostly watch over himself and so.
Although Runo/Steve is born into a rather rich family, his parents are never really there for him, almost up to the point he's forgotten. Despite that, he's a generally good kid, but he felt like he's different from the other kids.
Steve used to LIKE going to libraries and this theme park, which is where he hanged out with his friends! One day, he noticed the theme park about to close down. So he made a wish that will make the theme park last longer. Which worked out well for a while. . .
. . . until 3 years later, when the Theme Park closed down. Steve was mad, upset, because his favorite place to go with his friends is now gone forever. Shortly after, he was corrupted to a witch called "Barret" and made the Theme Park to Superhell for 4 months.
But one day, a group of 30-40 people managed to successfully defeat Barret. Most people thought the witch was dead, but in truth, he isn't. Thanks to one of his friends with her sealing magic, he's able to contain most of his power and his humanity.
Of course he got into jail for a bit, but only released under watch for a while and then truly released to the world because he proved that he can do good. Although he does have a few mishaps now and then.
- He doesn't need to be drawn with the blue scarf! Thats optional :)
- He always wears his coat though, taking it off is ok, just ask!
- He has one redish-brown eye and one blue eye that can shift into red at times.

My dearest, always been there since childhood.
Julia is Steve's childhood friend, they first met when they were at a certain theme park, when she got hurt during an incident. Steve did his best to help her and they became friends that way.
They both work at the same workplace (Julia just managing the supplies, while Steve delivers), and also are reading buddies, often reading the same book together! Although he wouldn't admit it, Steve actually has a slight crush on her.
Loco's my son, I'll let nobody hurt him, ever.
Steve first met this waddle dee when Loco was passing by his apartment, looking for a place to rest. He with his rather emotional impluse took Loco in his apartment.
Steve and Loco later on became like a family, up to the point that he signed adoption papers to legally adopt Loco. Steve just does his best as a dad to protect and take care of Loco the best he can.
Despite her interesting fashion sense, we have a lot of things in common.
When Steve first met Pixel Candy, he wants to barf so badly because of HOW ugly they looked like. Although he would like to kindly point out the fashion sense, Delivery Seal roasted Pixel Candy during this time, so he doesn't need to say anything.
Later on, Steve got used to Pixel Candy's presence and realized that both have WAY more things in common. Both are quite insane, has a fond of theme parks and quite have a good time watching randos suffering. Steve now considers Pixel Candy as a friend, although they don't interact often.

To be honest, Steve has no idea why Zhao even consider him as a brother. He feels like he looks NOTHING alike with Zhao, and has almost nothing in common.
Even though Steve tried his hardest to understand why Zhao considers him as his brother, he just doesn't see Zhao as that way, they merely see him as a friend.
Although I still feel gulity by an incident, we are still good friends.
At first, Steve met Mocha Shark during the fusion unites incident (RP thing), and they weren't at the best terms. Later on, they agreed on starting their villain arcs at the same time and became friends that way.
Now, Steve is able to trust MochaSshark and considered them as a friend. Steve really enjoys Mocha Shark's company and thinks that Mocha Shark has a lot of potential to be a great being.
Black Depths and I are just decently getting along. I wish we can talk more.
Steve and Black Depths gets along quite well. Steve thinks that Black Depths is quite funny, and quite enjoys their company.
Steve relates to Black Depths as being one of the MOST normal beings despite their strangeness. Although Steve wishes to talk to Black Depths more, he has no idea how.
