Ceto resides in the quiet town of ??? with her husband Mara. The couple immediately gained plenty of attention upon traveling there. They had plenty of seafolk pass through there regularly but none as stunning as these two. Mara gained his fame from his resemblance of the local god, Latenia. While Ceto still remains quite a mystery to the town. No one really knows anything about her, apart from Mara and their landlord Eemili. She is mute, and only talks to those dearest to her. She is a kind soul, but she never really goes out of the way to help others. You could say she’s more of an observer. She spends much of her time at home reading or off in the woods doing.. who knows what.
