Lightsprites

Lightsprites are the pure light form of a Skyray. When a Skyray is born they first start out as a Lightsprite and when a Skyray's flame goes out they transform back into a Lightsprite.  A Lightsprite is also a Skyray's soul and when a Lightsprite is born from Star Nova it's guided to Avalon. When it reached a Narvi temple the light then takes the shape of a fully developed Skyray! Skyray do not have a life cycle but instead when born they are fully developed and can live for as long as a millennium (1,000 years) before their flame has faded away. A Skyray's flame is their life source, so instead of being born with blood and bones like other living creatures their insides are completely a light source and has the warmth of fire! Skyray can die however and when this happens their entire self morphs back into a Lightsprite, this being their flame unprotected and exposed. In good news Healer flames can resurrect a Lightsprite back to their living Skyray form but only when the Lightsprite is still lit! If the flame blows out however they will be reborn from Star Nova in their next life and guided back to Avalon once again. A flame's default color is white and the glow can be any color of your choice! To change the white to a color of your choice you'll need to purchase Star Candy (more information on star candy below) for your Skyray to consume.

Flame Professions

Every Skyray is given a flame at birth which are separated into profession categories. They are Guardian, Knight and Shaman. Each profession does something different. Guardians have the shield flame, and this flame is more of a defense so Skyray with this flame can create flame barriers for protection against Dark Ferals, but their offense isn't as strong.  Knights have the warriors flame, and this flame is more of an offense so Skyray with this flame do more flame damage against Dark Ferals, but their defense isn't as strong. Shaman have the healing flame, and this flame is used to heal other Skyray. You can tell what profession a Skyray is by the glowing symbol that hovers near their forehead. The symbol only appears when a Skyray is flying or using their profession ability!

Flame Color Guide

To change your flame color you must purchase Star Candy. Star Candy is an edible way Skyray can change their flame color. Star Candy come in all colors so when you purchase Star Candy for your Skyray the flame can be any color of your choice. To have multiple colors for your flame you must purchase more than one Star Candy, for example if you purchase 2 star candy you have the choice of 2 different colors for your flame!

Colored Flame Guide

Skyray that have consumed Star candy can have colored flames! The color can change in the eyes, inner mouth, whiskers, any exposed flame cosmetics and flame symbol!
Multiple colored flame is possible if you purchase more than one star candy, below is an example of multiple colored flames! The color placement is up to you, so if you'd like to have a red flame symbol but wanna keep the eyes white then that's completely okay!

Flame Magic Guide

A Skyray's Flame has more features other than just their flame profession. Skyray also have Flame magic. This magic is actually Aera's light which is what they are created with giving Skyray their magical abilities.

⋄ Glowing Coat/Tracks ⋄

With Flame magic Skyray can have a glowing coat on any thin fur or smooth skin (no glow on long fur. You'd need Glow Sap to have that effect. Same for the whiskers, you'll need Glow Sap). Skyray also leave behind light aura tracks (must be white) but they fade soon after.
